Agenda item:		Discuss the issue of change and improving the campus of ADMC and create recommendations for the executive committee.		Presenter:   Ali Hamad
Discussion:		1.     Welcome, Attendance, Present the note taker ·         Meeting started at 08:15 AM 2.     Additional parking places ·         Ali Hamad has presented the problem for us and suggests underground parking. ·         Abdulla Awadh agreed with Ali Hamad about the underground parking. ·         In contrast, Ali Rashed give another suggestion to build multi-building stories for cars. 3.     Maintenance for the older buildings ·         Ali Rashed suggested that to do simply maintenance as painting until we finished parking. 4.     Build multi-stories building to save the area of the campus ·         We are all confused about how to build multi- stories because it is difficult idea and depend on a lot of factors. Therefore, we delay this point until next meeting to discuss it more with expert. ·         However, Ali Hamad suggested having the civil students participates in this project. 5.     Increase the number of gates to avoid congestion ·         Ali Hamad said that we need to add one more gate near to the new two towers behind the campus. ·         Abdulla Awadh suggests that, also we can add one more gate for the F block to avoid afternoon traffic jam in front of the college main entrance. ·         Ali Rashed strongly agreed with the second suggestion and ask to delay the first suggestion until the two towers finished. 6.     Academc Performance ·         Abdulla Taleb said that the student performance will increase, due to the challenges in the class. ·         Faisal said that their performance will go down because most of them will feel shy toarticipate in the class.
Discussion:		6.   Build indoor sport’s area ·         Ali Hamad mentioned that the indoor sport area is an important because the hot weather and to make it a bigger space for other sports as tennis and other indoor sports. ·         Ali Rashed suggest using the indoor sport area for Al Jazeera club by making contract with the club because it is near to the college. 7.     Extend the green areas to improve the outlook ·         All the members agreed to find a company to do the green area but after we finished the other works and see the remaining area.

Conclusions + Recommendations:

·         For the additional parking places the team agreed to do underground parking but in the summer vacation because most of the students will not be at the campus. ·         We agreed on making maintenance, simply maintenance as painting, until we finished parking issue first. ·         Also for multi-stories building we note that we will discuss this point on the next meeting with our consultant to share with us the ideas and give us best solutions. ·         We agreed that we have to add one more gate in the F block to reduce congestion.  ·         The chair gives this point to Ali Rashed to see the cost and other information with Al Jazeera club and compare with the cost of indoor sport area at the campus. ·         We agreed that we will see the remaining area first then we will try to find out companies are professional in gardens and green areas to see how can we use this area. ·         The leader gives Abdulla Awadh the first three points to do what have to do and send the suggestions to the executive committee. ·         The leader gives Ali Rashed the last three points to make researches on it and send suggestions to the executive committee. v  Date of next meeting November 14th, 2011 at 10:15 am – Agenda will be sent.
